Introducing Incoming EOA Chair Andrew Clements and Deputy Chair Micaela Costello

Post by Ben Morris | August 2020

On behalf of the EOA Board of Directors it is with great pleasure that I introduce Andrew Clements as my successor as Chair and welcome Micaela Costello into the role of Deputy Chair.

Many of our members and supporters will already know Andrew from past EOA events and correspondence in his capacity as Deputy Chair, and will recognise the pivotal role he has played in our recent advocacy efforts.

Many will also be aware of the considerable experience that Micaela brings to the role of Deputy Chair as a long serving Director and contributor to past EOA events.

Following the success of EOAs recent advocacy work, and as planning gets underway for the next phase of member events and advocacy, the timing feels right to hang up my EOA boots and resign as both Chair and Director.

It’s been a real pleasure to be involved with EOA and I thank our members for continuing to support the invaluable work that EOA does in advocating on behalf of the employee ownership community in Australia.

I look forward to seeing the new ideas, energy, and leadership that both Andrew and Micaela will bring to their respective roles at EOA.

All the best,
Ben Morris

Thank You

The Board would like to thank Ben for his tenure as Chair at EOA and wish him all the best for the future. The Board would like to acknowledge Ben’s significant contribution to the renewal, development, and direction of the organisation and Ben’s role as a leader and advocate for employee ownership in Australia more broadly. Thank you, you will be missed!
